Equiniti - the new name for Expro's share registrar

Following Financial Services Authority approval, Lloyds TSB Registrars has been purchased by Advent International and will in future be known as Equiniti Ltd. The change took effect on 1 October 2007 and information about your Expro shares will in future be provided to you by Equiniti.
